Moorestown Robotics Parents Info and Registration Session June 13th

Moorestown Robotics will offer a parent/potential-coach info session. The session will be held at the Moorestown Recreation Center on Monday June 13th from 7-8pm. There you can find out what FLL is all about, if it is a fit for your child, and what it takes to be a coach.

The number of open spots for students is based on how many coaches volunteer. The only way to ensure your child can be on a team is to coach. Last year, a majority of student applicants had to be turned away given the need for more adult volunteers. Coaches DO NOT need to have any background in engineering or programming and are paired with another coach.

FLL robotic offers a dynamic and fun educational experience for our kids, but more coaches are needed to accommodate our growing list of interested participants. Parents who like to work with kids and want to take part in this amazing opportunity are invited to complete the online form (link expired) and join the information session.

Registration for students will open at the meeting on June 13th. All students must be between 9 and 14 years old. Limited spots will be available and priority will be given to children of coaches.
